In the morning of Nov. 11, the good news of offshore products was received, that JU2000E Jack-up drilling rig built for POD has realized the integrity lifting in the dock, which laid a foundation for speeding up the offshore mass construction. The integrity lifting of drill floor of H1319 is a key promoting project of new technology and new process for the company in August this year. With the mass construction of offshore rigs, how can quickly and efficiently complete the construction of the milestones becomes the critical factor of "speeding up". Focusing on the new process of production, the Accuracy Management Dept. has actively carried out the pre-planning on precision. To ensure the completion of the integrity lifting for H1319, in July this year, the Accuracy Management Dept held a dedicated meeting to start a project on new process of integrity lifting for drill floor. During the process of block production, the accuracy management staff have strengthened the control on precision of structure by analyzing the date collected early to ensure the accuracy of the drill floor. During the installation process of drilling equipment, the Accuracy Management Dept. has strengthened the training of the operating personnel by all kinds of ways. Before the lifting of drill floor, the simulation lifting has been carried out by Accuracy Management Dept. for comparing the date and controlling the inaccuracies within the standard range. After three-month efforts, with the great supports of all departments, H1319 projects successfully completed the integrity lifting in drydock, which has laid a solid foundation for the efficient construction of offshore rigs.
