In order to enrich employees' after-work life, SWS labor union, youth league, Facility Maintenance & Logistics Management Dept. held the first "the god of cookery cup" cooking skills contest that was held in Gaodong Apartment. A total number of 18 cooking enthusiasts from company dormitory attended the contest. Those chiefs are from Gaodong Apartment, Gaodong New Residential Quarters, Tianbang Home, contractor labor dormitory, house of the Lu's, and those live near Yuansan Road. The contest consists of cooking skills show and competition for the god of cookery. In “Cooking Skills Show”, the contestants were active to innovate for making various dishes. After a careful review, 6 of contestants went through to the finals. During the competition for the god of cookery, the six contestants made dishes with the food materials assigned from the contest committee, and at the end Mei Yinping from Sales and Marketing Dept. won the title of the "god of the cookery", Zhu Yujie from Assembly Dept. and Huang Tingting from Manufacturing Dept. shared second prizes, and Gong Kezhen from Design Dept. No.2, Zhu Hongqing from Erection Dept, Wang Pengcheng from Offshore Project Dept. were awarded third prizes.
