In the morning on Oct. 17, the keel laying ceremony of H1278, the second CJ46 Jack-up built for BOD was held on No.2 Platform in SWS. Dr. Sun Yuanhui - Chairman of BOD, Mr. Chen Jun - Vice President of SWS, Mr. Zhang Wei - Chief Offshore Production Officer of SWS, and the representitives from ABS site office, BOD Project Team, H1378 Project Team attended the ceremony. It is reported this was the second time for SWS to erect the Jack-up Drilling Rig on the ground follow up the first erection of jack-up drilling rig held on Oct. 10, which marks that SWS has entered into a new stage of the dual lines construction of offshore rigs in series and standardization.
