In the morning of Sep.3, the Keel Laying Ceremony of H6002, the 18000TEU Container Ship, which is the top size Container Ship built in China, was held in SWS. This vessel is also the first project built for CMA-CGM by SWS. Vice President of SWS, Mr. Chen Jun, Chief Production Officer, Mr. Wu Yongjun accompanied with the representatives of shipowners and class to attend the ceremony. In the ceremony, both sides expressed that they would fully co-operate with each other to guarantee the successful delivery of this container vessel. H6002 is the first extra large container vessel has ever built in SWS. Some of the technology is the first time to be used in the vessel construction in China. The successful Keel Laying of H6002 initiated that the gaps on the construction of high-value added container ships have been filled up in SWS.
