On July 18, SWS held the "Communication Meeting on Quality Demonstration Team" in Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept. Before the meeting, all the attendees visited the high pressure piping pre-fabrication site for Offshore Products at No.5 Pre-erection Platform. The representative of this offshore products working area detailed introduced the working process of offshore high pressure piping pre-fabrication and the traits of No.5 Plumber Team which was awarded demonstration working Team. In the meeting, the team leaders from 5 teams of Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept. presented their experiences on quality management respectively. The communication topic covered quality assurance system establishment, process quality control, Quality Traceable System, refined dispatching management, team quality improvement, small tool invention and the establishment of Quality Demonstration Team. Mr. Chen Jianwei, Director of Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept. introduced the achievements which his department has made since the department established Quality Demonstration Team and he defined the next working step which focused on system establishment, will fully promote the team construction and spread the experience on "Quality Demonstration Team" to improve the department management. The "Quality Demonstration Team" is the important foundation for the company's basic management reinforcement. The new round of "Quality Demonstration Team" Activity is booming. Till this Communication Meeting on Quality Demonstration Team" held in Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept., the company has hosted such kind of activities for totally 6 times.
