On Feb. 11, the Site-evaluation Meeting for the Quality Tracing System was held in Manufacturing Dept. (SWS). The participants checked the implementation of the quality tracing system in Cold and Hot Working Section and Steel Cutting Section of Manufacturing Dept. In the Site-evaluation Meeting, the Heads of relevant working sections have respectively reported the situation of promoting the Quality Tracing System and the implementation of basic management work. The Quality Assurance and Control Dept. reviewed the implementation of Quality Tracing System, and arranged the follow-up work. In the meeting, it was emphasized that, in 2014, the quality management will focus on the implementation of Quality Tracing System in working sections and the establishment of "Quality Demonstration Team". All production departments were required to promote the management level by implementing the Quality Tracing System and the Evaluation of Working Site Management. To deepen the implementation of Quality Tracing System, we need to comprehensively utilize the information system for realizing the production precision management. All management departments should provide the assistance and service to the production departments.
