On August 28th, SWS released "The Notice of 2013 Quality Month", that indicated the "Quality Month " was then unveiled . The guiding principle of the "Quality Month" in this year is focusing on the development program of CSSC " 12th five years" and fully promoting the overall quality management. Through further perfecting the establishment of the quality management system at secondary level, SWS has adhered to set up a complete mechanism of evaluation to improve the level of general quality management. Based on many diversified events, this "Quality Month Activity" focused on making up the deficiencies which was required by "Standardization of Work, Institutionalization of Management, and Standardization of Operation ", as well as perfected the secondary level of quality management system. SWS will keep organizing the quality improvement exchanges to communicate the achievement of quality improvement with each other during the promotion. The theme activities such as "Quality Trustworthy Team", "Exchanges for Achievement of QC teams " and "Rationalized Suggestions on Quality Month" will be carried out to continuously solid the basis of quality management and enhance the employee motivation of self quality management. Besides that, by taking advantage of site management evaluation activity, the site management will be improved as more standard, more systemic and more efficient. SWS Labor Union jointly hosted the Innovation Competition for Quality Management System Establishment and Planning at Secondary Level with the theme of "Quality Orientation and imagining the future" with the QA/QC Department. The employee’s ownership of the yard would be motivated and all employees will be encouraged to contribute to their system establishment and planning.
