On July 25, SWS officially launched the Online Public Bidding System and successfully released the first bid that means the procurement online was officially kicked off in SWS. In order to maximize the benefits of enterprise procurement and crack down on embezzlement and bribery, to establish the new model of "Sunshine Procurement", the relevant persons from Procurement and Supply Dept., Strategy and Management Dept. and IT Dept. have discussed in-depth and investigated comprehensively to create an Online Public Biding System with SWS characteristics combining with the characteristics of the E-commerce website of CSLC. It is reported that the release of the first bid includes three projects involving Material Procurement Office and Utility Procurement Office, as well as three Price Review Group of SWS.
