On 22nd of June, SWS the first training of the core EMBA curriculum was kicked off in Faculty Club of Xuhui Campus, Shanghai Jiaotong University. There were totally number of 35 Middle-Level Managers from SWS and SLO attended this training. On the next day, President Dr. Wang Qi and HR Officer Mr. Zhu Yu personally inspected the training site to visit and encourage the trainees. 　　 To meet the needs of company business expansion, to reserve all-round management talents, SWS specially organized the training of core EMBA curriculum for middle-level managers. A 12-day period training started on June 22 will last until Nov, 10. Using the weekend time, SWS organized this training once per month. The core EMBA curriculum covers three chapters which are strategy management, personal quality promotion, as well as practical skills. The purpose of the training is to help the trainees develop the ability and skill of strategic thinking, to learn the cutting-edge strategic thinking and concepts, to master the latest way for analysis, planning and implementation of strategy, and to grasp the method of thinking and decision-making for the company's future development. In addition, the curriculum also involves the strategic HR management, Financial Management, Enterprise Operation Management, Team Building, Promotion of Leadership Skill and etc. Through the systematic training, the target of promoting the leadership skill, developing the management ideas, sharing the advanced management experiences, enhancing the creativity and improving the comprehensive management ability of middle-level managers will be achieved. 　　 For comprehensively improving the management ability of middle-level managers, the 2nd class of core EMBA curriculum will be kicked off in early July.
