Since 2010, the application of SCS for High-tech Enterprise has been submitted with the leading of Science and Technology Management Dept., and the support of SWS. Drawing on the successful application experience of SWS, after one-year preparation, with the common efforts of leaders and relevant departments, SCS has been successfully identified as a High-tech Enterprise in 2012.

The “High-tech Enterprises” as a special qualification for enterprise has been recognized by the state since 2008. The enterprise, which has been identified as a High-tech Enterprise, can obtain preferential policies in many ways, such as taxes, financial subsidy, land policy, encouragement fund, personnel policy, and intellectual property rights, etc. The personal income tax can also be released for the talents and the scientific research personnel who are introduced by the High-tech Enterprises.
