On the morning of May 28, the Steel Cutting Ceremony of JU-2000E Drilling Rig (H1318) for China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd (CPOE) was held in SWS Offshore. After SWS has successfully delivered the 6th generation Semi-submersible drilling rig “Hai Yang Shi You 981”, this is another benchmark of high-tech, high-value offshore product which is to be constructed.

President of SWS, Mr. Wang Qi hosted Steel Cutting Ceremony. Mr. Huang Yongxi, Chairman of SWS and Mr. Huang Ligong, President of CPOE respectively delivered the speeches.  Amid warm applause, Mr. Huang Yongxi and Mr. Huang Ligong pressed the buttons of cutting machine together to start the project.
