On May 16th, SWS held a grand ceremony for naming the fourth 316K DWT VLCC which we built for CSC Oil Transportation Ltd. (CSC). Around the time of the vessel’s maiden sailing, SWS received 9 appreciation letters from CSC. In the letters, the shipowner expressed their thanks to designers, managers and workers from all departments for their hardworking during the construction of this vessel, and also appreciated for our good logistic service in the past 2 years.
After the delivery of H1185, We have successfully completed new building project of series-vessels in SWS. Our fleet gained high reputations at home and abroad, that was closely related to good cooperation between us. So, in this occasion, we would like to deliver our sincerely appreciation to all SWS colleagues for your great supports.” CSC Site Office wrote it in an appreciation letter.
In these 9 appreciation letters, the Shipowner expressed admiration for our serious and pragmatic work style, positive working attitude and quality awareness. Mr. Dong Jiameng, Chief of No.3 Outdoor Working Area of Coating and Blasting Dept., were praised that he led staff to work for 6 days and nights to make sure that coating operation be completed before vessel weighing. Mr. Hao Yufeng, Mr. Sun Ling, leaders of No.10 and No.8 paint team, were praised that they actively collaborated with CSC Supervisors to clear up the inspection comments and sea trial comments. Directors of Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept. were praised that they personally led Mr. Zhang Qi and Mr. Wan Chenggang to ensure the quality and working schedule. Mr. Cao Xiaoming, Operation Manager of No3. Section of Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept. and his team, were praised for their reliable working attitude. And Long Xuan labor agency, Ming Yang labor agency and plumber team of Rong Chun labor agency were also praised for their hard working by Shipowner.
The Shipowner delivered thanks to leaders and designers from Design Dept. and R&D Design Institute, Mr. Wu Youqi, Mr. Guo Yong, Mr. Gao Aihua, Mr. Liu Daming, Ms. Tang Fang and et al. for efficiently solving all kinds of technical difficulties. Thanks to Mr. Zhu Xiaoye, Mr. Han Bing et al. from No.2 Inspection Office of Quality Assurance and Control Dept., for their hardworking and strict quality assurance. And also thanks Mr. Lu Junlin, from Sales and Marketing Dept., Mrs. Xu juying and Mr. Wu Jiahan, from PR Dept. for their good logistic service. In the letter, the Shipowner was looking forward that CSC could have further cooperation opportunities with SWS next time and believed that our cooperation would be better and better.
