On Oct 24,  SWS Party Committee held  the thematic meeting of the Party branch secretary, which summarized the work on visual management, and the organizational development work.

The visual management is the important means and carrier for deepening lean management, and strengthening cultural construction. Since May, in accordance with the requirements of Party Committee, under the coordination of CPC Affairs Dept., the various departments have effectively implemented the  visual management actively and orderly, to create the management culture for visual management which has their own cultural characteristics. Recently, SWS has inspected and evaluated the visual management work of various departments. After mutual inspection and evaluation, 12 departments, including SLO, Quality Assurance and Control Dept., Finances Management Dept., Manufacturing Dept. (SWS), Assembly Dept. (SCS) were awarded as "Excellence Department on Visual Management in 2012".  

 At the meeting, Party Committee Secretary---Huang Yongxi, and Party Committee Deputy Secretary---Xu Ping, issued the commendation for "The excellent departments on visual management in 2012". Assembly Dept. (SCS)  and  Quality Assurance and Control Dept. gave the  communication speech respectively.  In addition,  Zou Lvhuang, the party branch secretary of  Manufacturing Dept. (SWS) and Ye Yi, the party branch secretary of  Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept. (SCS)  exchanged the Feelings and Experiences on learning deeds of Li LinSen, who is an excellent organizational work cadre.
