SWS and SBM Offshore jointly organized a quality incentive event for the FPSO H1580 project during the 2025 World Quality Week, reflecting their shared commitment to fostering a proactive quality culture across all project levels. Awards were presented across multiple quality performance categories, including:  Best Line Quality Controller, Top Quality Observation Card (QOC) Closure Performer, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Competition Winner, Individual Quality Contribution Award and Best Welder Recognition.

The initiative successfully reinforced quality awareness and engagement among the workforce, earning positive feedback from both shipowner and classification society representatives.
