On April 12th, the No. 2 dry dock of SWS, a subsidiary of CSSC marked the arrival of the 100th docking milestone. On Friday, SWS launched a 7000TEU container vessel, which was the seventh of that type to have been built for Seaspan.

A total of 110 vessels have been launched at SWS’s No 2 dry dock so far, including seven FPSOs, eight jack-up drilling rigs, seven 7,000TEU container vessels, one 18,000TEU container vessel, 22 bulk carriers, seven VLOCs, seven Aftermax POTs, 51 COTs, and the first domestically built large cruise ship, which was named Adora Magic City. SWS announced that the nation’s second domestically built large cruise ship will soon be built at the same dock.
