On November 19th, M/E mooring tests were ready for inspection in 28 days after launching of H1325. The bulk carrier was built for U-Ming shipping, and the completion of mooring tests was a milestone of project H1325. In order to guarantee successful production progress of H1325 at quay, machinery installation and commissioning department proactively responds to the call of “making all-out efforts in fourth quarter, winning in the 12th five-year plan” from CSSC, with strict compliance of production schedule regardless the severe shortage in mooring test commissioners, commissioning technical office deployed technical backbones to every vessel in a more flexible way, No. 1 machinery installation office accelerated integration of installation and made immediate response to feedbacks, and all of those extensively reduce the cycle of mooring tests. Under organization and coordination of production management department and support from all related departments, production milestone at quay has been progressing in full swing since the launching on October 22th, several critical tests such as mooring test of AE, igniting and function test of boiler, function test of steering gear were applied for inspection one after another. To ensure M/E mooring tests can be ready for inspection as soon as possible, deputy director of machinery installation and commissioning department came to site and supervised the work. Under his instruction, mooring test project team at quay worked in high efficiency, the department enhanced complementation of all prevention and control measures of safe production and strictly adhered to real-name table and list in quality control process, which makes sure the progress of mooring tests for H1325. On November 18th, the first item of mooring test of ME was successfully carried out from 4 PM to 12 PM. On the next day, under the joint efforts of owners and commissioners, the test was successfully completed from 10 AM to 12 PM. It is reported that all the mooring tests at quay for H1325 have been completed on November 20th and sea trial was commenced on the 21st. 29 days after launching created the best record of starting sea trial at SWS this year.
