To further unify ideas and clarify goals, SWS held the 2015 3rd quarter management strategy release conference on July 27th. In first half of 2015, company focused on operating policy of “adapting to new normal、strengthening innovation at the centre of overtaking、improving management together with deepening reform、stabilizing growth while advancing transition” and on managerial themes of “innovation、execution”, SWS firmly put forward all kinds of production and management work. In the conference, the departments which had good performance in June labor competition of production operation, management improvement were received commendation. After briefly reviewing achievement in the first half year, every releaser especially emphasized prioritized management work and advancing plan in next stage of centralizing on requirements of “three insists、four prevents by CSSC. President Wang Qi made comments on current production condition, stressing on the major work of the four insists: firstly, we should insist on sustaining main business, guaranteeing building schedule by maintaining good quality, doing all the things right and quick at one time, accelerating completion and delivery of the vessel with good quality and organized production plan; secondly, we should insist on technology leadership, further preparing ourselves for more types of vessels, leading and creating market demand, laying foundation for company’s long-term development by stepping into cruise liner field and implementing auto shipbuilding; thirdly, we should insist on management improvement, enhancing management level by means of contract management in full life time of our products, overall budget management and simulated-corporation assessment throughout all process; lastly, we should insist on risk prevention and control, realizing sound and stable development of the company in general. Chairman of the board Huang Yongxi pointed out, management at all levels have to firmly put forward “three strict and three pragmatic” in compliance with the company Party Committee, in items of special education work, we must transform work style, improve and enhance implementation system, dare to fulfill responsibility in daily work, keep morale and confidence facing difficulties, spare no efforts in making full realization of all production and operation tasks.
