On 25th September 2014, 4 professionals from Shanghai Quality Association expert team carried out 2014 Shanghai working site star-evaluation to SCH processing department material-preparing zone and module department distribution zone.
During the evaluation, processing department and module department respectively reported in process planning, controlling and innovation, material and on-going production controlling, quality controlling，safety environment management, resource utilization，“5S”visualization，working site operators and files management, and equipment management etc.. Meanwhile, the processionals from Shanghai Quality Association made a systematic review of SCH according to the GB/T 29590-2013 “Site Management Standard of Enterprises ” through site investigation，meeting communication and files checking.
It is known that this is the first time that SCH participate in the Shanghai working site star-evaluation. After this evaluation, both processing department and module department have gained deeper acknowledgement of site evaluation requirements and the direction of improvement in the future. This evaluation also provides very important reference to other departments in SCH to apply for the working site star-evaluation.
