On Oct. 9th, "Quality Month" activities for Line QC Communication Meeting were held in SWS. The president of SWS--Dr. Wang Qi, Vice President of SWS--Chen Jun, Deputy Chief Technical Officer of SWS--Su Long, Chief Production Officer--Mr. Wu Yongjun and other managers and directors from productive departments attended the meeting.
Quality Assurance and Control Department summarized all events in "Quality Month" and made the plan for guiding the team building in 2015. The excellent representatives of Line QC from SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore respectively exchanged their own experiences in quality management with each other. In the meeting, the top management of company awarded the first excellent results of quality improvement in 2014.
The top management of company requests that every department should focus on the implementation of Line QC system. Basing on "Quality Control" and "Quality Assurance", Quality management should find the issues of quality assurance in the process of quality control and constantly improve the quality system. Being regarded as the "gendarmerie" of the quality control system, the Quality Assurance Dept. is responsible to build up the quality system at the level of working teams, and improve the quality management of working teams. The outstanding Line QC should play exemplary role to improve the all the staffs' quality awareness.
