After 72-hour continuous operation in the rain, for the construction of H1318, the cantilever slip load test, drilling platform slip inspection, cantilever derrick load test and CTP lifting have been completed at 7:00 on Aug. 21, which shortened the testing time for the major tests of JU2000E drilling rigs by 24 hours. It is another great breakthrough achieved by SWS in the construction of offshore drilling rigs, which has accumulated valuable experiences for the drilling system installation and commissioning of subsequent drilling rigs. During the process of serious tests, there has been raining in Lingang area. The members participated the tests from commissioning team of Offshore Dept., Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept., QA/QC Dept., Design Dept., HSE Dept. and other departments have carried forward the spirit of "Being dauntless and rising to the challenge", to experiment continuously in the rain, and ensured that the cantilever derrick load test completed successfully.
