On Jan. 4, SWS released “the Management Strategies of the Whole Year & the First Quarter of 2014”. The President of SWS--Mr. Wang Qi released the management strategies. The operating principle of 2014 is "Integrates the internal and external resource by marketization mechanism, Achieves economic growth by operation efficiency, Maximizes the benefit by lean management" with the theme as "Reformation and Acceleration". The Asst. President of CSSC and Chairman of SWS, Mr. Huang Yongxi reviewed the work in 2013: the completion of SWS exceeded the economic targets of CSSC; the delivery capacity kept the leading position; SWS has well implemented the restructuring development; the business undertaken has achieved great breakthrough; the index of precision production was constantly improved; and the party construction guaranteed the development of company. For the work in 2014, Mr. Huang required all the managers to be fully aware of the industry situation and self-deficiencies which might cause the challenge to the restructuring development. He emphasized that facing the new situation, there has been four measures to achieve the restructuring development such as accelerating development, deepening reformation, improving management and changing style of work. Around the theme of "Reformation and Acceleration", the top management of SWS proposed the directions of management improvement and management promotion, and released the management strategies of their work in charge respectively. It is the first time for SWS to release the management strategies in 2014. The departments, which released their management strategies, were selected temporarily and randomly, and the Q & A part was added in the process, in which all attendees can ask the questions to the person who is releasing the management strategy. This new style of the meeting was highly appraised by all the attendees, which also made the more effective result.
