Recently, recommended by Shanghai Association of Shipbuilding Industry (SASIC), the three management innovation projects of our company after being final examined by the Evaluation Committee were awarded the Innovation Achievement of Enterprise Management of Shanghai. The "Comprehensive Internal Control System Construction Management of Large-scale Shipbuilding Enterprises" from Strategy and Management Dept. got the first prize. The "Experiential Safety Training Management of Large-scale Shipbuilding Enterprises" from Safety and Environmental Department and “The Lean Production Mode based on Field Management” from Manufacturing Dept. were awarded the second prizes. It is reported, there are totally 206 achievements of 2013 Shanghai Enterprise Management Innovation declared for the selection. After the final review by the Evaluation Committee, the final 181 achievements were authorized as the"2013 Innovation Achievement of Enterprise Management of Shanghai", in which there are 15 first prizes, 74 second prizes and 92 third prizes.
