In the evening of Sept. 18, "The 2013 Welcome & Mid-autumn Performances" organized by Youth League Committee was held in Culture Center of Gaodong Town. The top management of SWS---Wang Qi, Xu Ping, Chief HR Officer--Zhu Yu, Deputy Chief Technical Officer--Su Long and directors from various departments gathered with the new and old staffs to celebrate the Mid-autumn Festival together. The new employees of 2013 presented a spectacular visual feast to everyone with their wonderful performences which are all directed and acted by themselves. The Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of Labor Union--Xu Ping delivered the warm speech, in which he extended the holiday wishes to everyone and encouraged the new employees to learn the skill in their respective positions for contributing to the restructuring development of the company. Including SCH and SWS Offshore, there are 127 new employees recruited this year, who have been divided into 6 teams. After many filtering, the final 8 programs were showed, including 6 Group Programmes and 2 Talent Shows. The Evening Party was opened with the instrumental accompaniment songs performed by the band named as "Lane 61 Guangming Rd", which won the cheers and applause. The performances fully demonstrated the innovation spirit of SWS and the after-90's characteristics of individuation, which are all full of new ideas and fascinating. The Talent Shows---"Yin Yang Dance" and "Peacock Dance" brought the Evening to a climax. After the performances, President of SWS---Wang Qi presented the Best Performance Awards to No. 1 Team from SWS and No. 6 Team from SCH.
