The surveyors from Quality Assurance and Control Dept. carried out patrol inspections for quality control in SWS working area.  This operation is to be continuous as a daily quality management.

In accordance with the marine market requirement for improving production quality, Quality Assurance and Control Dept. decided to carry out patrol inspections after establishing a quality improvement team.  Confronting with the new challenge of quality control and quality improving, Quality Assurance and Control Dept. assigned responsible areas to Manufacturing Dept. Assembly dept. Blasting and Coating dept. and Erection dept. on the basis of patrol inspections by breaking the rules, analyzing the current situation.  All surveyors in both No.1 inspection office and No.2 inspection office were divided into 2-3 member groups to identify the person in charge who has responsibility for the quality problem in ones patrol inspection area.   The regular time for daily responsible patrol inspections are set from 8:20 to 9:10.  Surveyors should begin to patrol inspections for process control after regular inspection completing.
　　
ID-based quality problems will be integrated with Patrol inspection in responsible area. It is required that surveyors should feedback, track and resolve the quality problems in time to continuously improve the quality control management and the quality of productions.
