On April 19,  the Fist Distribution Ceremony of Helmet-stickers for Offshore Engineering Project was held in the meeting room of Manufacturing Dept. in SWS. As the new initiative of visual management system, the distribution of helmet-stickers aimed at strengthening the quality control of Offshore Engineering personnel and ensuring the smooth progress of the project construction from the source.

It was the first time for SWS to implement both management system and distribution system of helmet-stickers for Offshore Engineering Project. The objects of the helmet-stickers distribution is the personnel who take part in the production and management of Offshore Engineering Project. The name list of offshore engineering project was delivered to QC Dept. by all relevant departments. QC Dept. submitted the name list to HR Dept. after the necessary technical tests of these personnel. The Personnel was permitted to join the Offshore Project Construction by receiving the Helmet-stickers after successfully passing the examination of professional skill and quality training.
