On Nov. 21, the summarize meeting of management quality improvement was held in Room 409 in SWS Offshore. The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and Control Dept. - Mr. Xiong Hao. Mr. Xiao Xiliang - President of SWS Offshore, Mr. Chen Zheng - vice president of SWS Offshore and the personnel from Manufacturing Dept. (SWS Offshore), Assembly Dept. (SWS Offshore), Blasting and Coating Dept. (SWS Offshore), Piping Fabrication Dept. (SWS Offshore), General Assembly Dept.(SWS Offshore) attended the meeting. During the meeting, each department presented the summarized report on the relevant results of the quality improvement activities, proposed the emphasis of follow-up activities and developed a specific program of activities. Mr. Chen Zheng pointed out that all the departments should learn from each other on the management quality improvement activities, at the same time to carry out the depth improvement by improving the technology, method, processes and systems. All departments were required to intensify the publicity and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees, to achieve the full participation. Mr. Xiao Xiliang emphasized that the practice and long-term adherence is very important to the improvement activities. The Quality Assurance and Control Dept. should develop the detailed management system for supervising the improvement activities carried out by each department, in order to prompt the onsite workers in forming good working habits so as to realize the comprehensive improvement of quality.
