SWS held the 8th Session of Departmental Management Quality Improvement Experience Sharing in Offshore Project Department on Sep. 22. So far, the first Management Quality Improvement Activity of Management Departments was successfully concluded. The top management of SWS emphasized that there were the 7 projects of offshore drilling rigs have become effective, and the subsequent few offshore projects would also become effective by the end of this year. Facing the trend of batch construction of offshore products, the Offshore Project Dept. should enhance the internal management for keeping pace with the changes of trend. Every department was required to combine the Mass Line Activity with the establishment of "Standardization of Work, Institutionalization of Management, and Standardization of Operation", Quality Improvement Activity and Quality Traceable system, in order to understand the problems need to be solved from the mass, and to solve the problems by carrying out the improvement measures and establishing the long-term mechanism.
